• Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
• Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1 – 3 business days.
• Made-to-order or customized jewellery may take 7 – 15 business days, depending on design complexity.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Coverage

Domestic Shipping (India)

• We ship across India using trusted and insured courier partners.
• Delivery usually takes 2 – 10 business days after dispatch, depending on location.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping to all countries, except the following:

• Cyprus
• Russia
• Pakistan
• Israel
• Cambodia
• Iraq
• Ukraine

International delivery timelines generally range from 7 – 21 business days, subject to customs clearance. All international shipments are insured until delivery is completed.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout or communicated before dispatch.
• Any promotional free-shipping offers are subject to change without notice.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

• International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other charges as per destination country regulations.
• These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Delays caused by customs authorities are beyond our control.

5. Shipping Address & Delivery Attempts

• Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
• Address changes after dispatch are not permitted.
• Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address or unavailability may attract re-shipping or return charges.

6. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or through your registered account. Customers are advised to track shipments regularly until delivery is completed.

7. Delays, Loss & Damage in Transit

• All shipments are fully insured during transit.
• Any delay, loss, or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
• Claims will be processed after verification with the courier partner.

8. Refusal, Non-Acceptance & Returns in Transit

• If a shipment is refused or not accepted, shipping charges, customs duties, or return costs will be deducted from the refund.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after the item is received back in original condition.
