1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods on our website:

• Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Debit Cards
• Net Banking
• UPI Payments
• Bank Transfer / NEFT / RTGS (on request, for confirmed orders)

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available only for orders shipped within India
• Maximum order value eligible for COD: ₹10,000
• COD availability may vary based on location, product category, and courier service
• COD is not available on:
  • International orders
  • Custom-made or made-to-order jewellery
  • High-value jewellery, loose diamonds, or gemstones above ₹10,000

2. Payment Security

• All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways
• Your card and banking details are never stored on our servers
• Transactions are protected using industry-standard encryption protocols

3. Order Confirmation

• Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment, except for COD orders
• For COD orders, confirmation may be subject to telephonic or digital verification
• Production or dispatch begins only after order confirmation

4. Taxes & Duties

• Indian Orders: GST will be applied as per government regulations
• International Orders: Customs duties, tariffs, VAT, import taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country are borne by the customer

5. Failed or Declined Payments

• Orders with failed or declined payments will not be processed
• Any amount debited due to technical issues will be reversed as per the bank timelines
• We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers

6. Advance Payments for Custom Orders

For all custom-made or made-to-order products, a 50% advance payment is mandatory, and the balance 50% must be cleared before dispatch. Such orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

7. Fraud Prevention

• We reserve the right to verify payments before processing orders
• Orders suspected of fraud may be delayed, cancelled, or refunded
• Additional identity verification may be requested when required
