2. Buyback & Exchange Value Structure

A. Loose Diamonds

• Above 20 cents: 75% of invoice value
• Below 20 cents: 85% of invoice value

B. Loose Gemstones

• Precious gemstones: 75% of invoice value
• Semi-precious gemstones: 50% of invoice value

3. Jewellery Buyback

• Gold: Bought at prevailing market rate
• Making charges, wastage, and taxes are non-refundable
• Diamonds (set): 15% deduction on diamond value
• Gemstones (set): Precious – 75%, Semi-precious – 50%

4. Exchange Policy

• Buyback value adjusted against new purchase
• Any price difference must be paid by the customer
• Exchange follows same deduction structure

• Not applicable on damaged, altered, or customised products
• Products sent without confirmation may be rejected
